About this property

Holiday cottage near the marina and the beach. The house is located with other houses as duplexes, each of 60 m² and a small mezzanine on 6 m² and a wooden terrace of 20-32 m². The house was designed in a contemporary style. The roof is covered with roofing felt. The house is equipped with HTH kitchen. Floors and walls of wood create a cosy environment where you can relax indoors if it rains or open up to the terrace on a beautiful sunny day. In the area there is a small grocery store with a limited selection, as well as a summer restaurant in the area. A small path encircles the lake and invites for adventures for the little ones or walks for the big ones. There are trouts in the lake and you are allowed to fish. There is 22 acres common area that includes playground, activity centre, badminton, table tennis, pedal cars and much more. You can also rent bikes. The location of the house provides a cosy village atmosphere free from annoying traffic, and children can move safely.

Wer gerne angelt kann das am Teich, der Teil der Ferienhausanlage ist. Toll ist es aber auch, sich ein Boot zu mieten und sich am Meeresangeln zu versuchen. Die Möglichkeit dazu gibt es in Spodsbjerg. Dort gibt es in der Nähe des Hafens auch einen Angelladen, bei dem man Ausrüstung und auch Informationen bekommen kann.
