On the garden and large terrace it is possible to sit and enjoy the Danish summer.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

1. Nach Prospektangabe waren es 200 m zum Meer. De facto waren es (Luftlinie!!!) gut 900 m. / 2. Wir hätten gerne vor der Buchung gewußt, dass man direkt am Strand nicht baden kann. Wir fanden ein Wattenmeer vor, das über eine Strecke von mindestens 500 m nie höheres als knietiefes Wasser hatte. Man mußte gut 500 m bis zur Sandbank laufen, um überhaupt baden zu können. Das war bei kaltem Wind nicht nur ein Vergnügen. Für uns ist der Strand und die Bademöglichkeit am wichtigsten, wichtiger als ein Fernseher. DanCenter selbst ist über die Strandqualität nicht informiert, wie wir bei der Bestellung des Ferienhauses feststellen mußten. Wir bekamen keine bzw. eine nur ungenaue Information, die sich dann noch als unzutreffend herausstellte ("man kann dort gut baden")
