Holiday cottage located on a 700 mÂČ natural plot with lawn. 10 mÂČ open and 30 mÂČ covered terrace. The house includes a large open concept living room and kitchen with wood-burning stove, flatscreen-TV, internet and PlayStation3 with games. Bathroom and large scullery with washer and extra wash basin. The house is brightly decorated with tiled floors and underfloor heating throughout the house. Large, bright bedroom with double bed and TV. Two bedrooms with single beds and 20 mÂČ mezzanine for the children to enjoy. There are various activities e.g. football goal, darts etc. You can roast marshmallows at the bonfire in the garden. An outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower have also been established. There is an electric charger for electric car Type 2 - IEC 62196-2 No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The spacious living area was perfect for our family, and we loved cozying up by the wood-burning stove in the evenings, The kids enjoyed the mezzanine and all the games available, especially the PlayStation, The outdoor space was a highlight, with plenty of room for them to run around and even roast marshmallows at the bonfire, Plus, the nearby Bremdal Beach was just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy some time by the water, Overall, a lovely retreat for a family vacation!

Tolles und gerĂ€umiges Haus! Schöne KĂŒche mit guten GerĂ€ten. Nur eine Mikrowelle wĂ€re sehr praktisch. Also haben wir sie verpasst. FĂŒr 6 Personen gibt es zu wenig und zu kleine Pfannen. Wir waren 2 Personen und haben uns gut gerettet. Dieser Holzofen funktioniert super. Draußen im Wind in der Sonne oder im Schatten zu sitzen und Schutz zu suchen ist schön. Umgebung ist schön: ruhig (September), das Meer zu Fuß erreichbar, gepflegter Park.

Prima en ruim huis! Fijne keuken met goede apparaten. Alleen zou een magnetron wel heel handig zijn. Die misten we dus. Voor 6 personen zijn er te weinig en te kleine pannen. Wij waren met 2 personen en hebben ons goed gered. Die houtkachel werkt super! Buiten uit de wind zitten in zon of schaduw en onder afdak is fijn. Omgeving is heerlijk: rustig (september), de zee op loopafstand, goed onderhouden park.

Het is een mooi accommodatie met veel privacy. Ruime keuken inventaris met alles wat je maar nodig hebt o.a Oven, waterkoker, meer dan voldoende borden, bestek etc. Ruime tuin met tuinset en hangmat, ligbedden en een bbq en vuurschaal. De foto’s suggereren dat je uitzicht op het water hebt. Dit is niet zo. Ongeveer op 6 minuten lopen is het strand. Ook was de voetbaltafel en het dartbord niet aanwezig.
