Holiday cottage with an amazing location with panoramic views from living room/kitchen, bedroom and terrace. The house has views of Brandsø, Funen and the water ways of Kolding. The limited space is practically used.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Es ist einfach unser Lieblingshaus,,, Wir waren jetzt zum vierten Mal in diesem Haus, Allerdings haben wir dieses Mal den Eindruck erhalten, dass es mehr und mehr vernachlässigt wird, Schade! Das Grundstück sieht nicht so aus wie auf den Angebotsbildern, Man könnte sagen, dass es zu 75%+ zugewuchert ist, Die Treppe zum Haus war ebenfalls extrem bewuchert, Da es dort keine Festhaltemöglichkeit gibt (bspw, einen Handlauf, habe ich schon mehrmals angemerkt im Vorfeld), bin ich fast die Treppe runtergefallen, Ich konnte mich grad noch an meinem Mann festhalten, Haben wir reklamiert, wurde umgehend frei gemacht, Das hier immer noch kein Handlauf ist, erschließt sich mir nicht, es ist eine große Gefahren- und Unfallquelle, Im Haus selbst ist soweit alles ok, Die Möbel sind nach wie vor unbequem, aber der Ausblick entschädigt Vieles, Leider hat das Geschirr enorm abgenommen, Tassen, Schüsselchen, Besteck sind genug da, allerdings fehlen Teller (nur 2 da), Töpfe, Keine Ablagen für Lebensmittel vorhanden, Eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrabtropfkorb bringen wir immer mit, da dieses auch nicht vorhanden ist, Dieses Mal konnten wir nicht mal abwaschen, da der Stopfen im Abwaschbecken kaputt war, Haben wir reklamiert, kam aber innerhalb 10 Tagen kein Neuer, Der Besitzer des Hauses gab uns eine 5 Liter Schüssel zum Abwaschen, Ich frage mich, was die Mieter vor uns gemacht haben? Der Duschvorhang wurde ebenfalls nicht erneuert, Schwarzer, gelber Schimmel, Die Dusche hat schwarzen Schimmel, Der Wasserkocher ist total versifft, der Deckel kaputt, Ich habe es mir zur Angewohnheit gemacht, nicht für jedes Kinkerlitzchen zum Vermietbüro zu laufen, aber ich schreibe meine Beobachtungen immer mit auf den Abrechnungszettel, in der Hoffnung, dass dann was unternommen wird, Schade, nutzt wohl nichts, Dieses Jahr konnte ich nicht mal ins Wasser, da der Gehweg, die unebenen Treppen zugewuchert und nicht zu erkennen waren, Außerdem hingen dort die Sträucher voller Wespen drüber, Ich bin Gangunsicher, deshalb war auch die Option über die hohen Terassenstufen keine Option für mich, ich sage mal so, wir arrangieren uns mit diesem Haus, aber das sich hier nicht richtig gekümmert wird, macht uns sehr traurig, denn das Haus ist, richtig gepflegt und mit bequemen Möbeln ausgestattet, auf denen man sich auch mal langmachen kann, eine richtige Perle, Stünde es zum Verkauf, würden wir sofort zuschlagen, Wenn wir dürften, würden wir auch das Grundstück von dem gan
