Holiday cottage situated a few metres from the best sandy beach in Denmark. Big living room with flat screen TV, open kitchen area and exit to sheltered terrace with garden furniture. The cottage has all modern facilities. Shared, heated swimming pool with children's pool. In the centre building you will find table tennis and free internet access. You may borrow a PC. Possibility to play X-Box Kinect. Shared outdoor chess set, fire ring, grill, basins for fish cleaning, freezer for fish conservation and handball as well as football goals. The outdoor pool is heated from 15 June to 15 September. The golf course of Dueodde and idyllic Snogebæk are just nearby.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
