About this property

This holiday cottage has a swimming pool and a water slide that are perfect for many hours of play and activities for children and adults. The whirlpool is also placed in the pool department, where you will find an extra shower. There is an air/water heat pump that keeps the energy costs low by heating the pool, and there is an air / air heat pump that heats the house. With its practical arrangements, this house is especially suitable for two families that travel together. Use the yard outdoors for play and ball games. There are terraces on three sides of the house of which one has 14 m² covered. All have comfortable outdoor furniture and garden recliners. The house is located in a scenic area. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Mooi en compleet huisje, iets gedateerd, of de foto's net iets mooier maar voldoet. Veel buitenspeelgoed aanwezig, keuken is compleet en voorzien van allerlei toebehoren en accessoires. Slaapkamers zijn toe aan een kleine opfrisbeurt, stapelbedden kraken en de gewone bedden mag een slagje beter. Zwembad is top, ongeveer 1,40 diep, leuke glijbaan en mooie ruimte met douche en bubbelbad. Buitenterras is heerlijk onder de overkapping. Huisje ligt op een mooie plek, veel grond eromheen en veel privacy. De Deense sleutelpartner is wat minder. Overdag goede service maar helaas is er 's avonds vanaf 19 uur tot de volgende morgen 10 uur niemand bereikbaar. Wij hadden een ernstige calamiteit in het zwembad 's avonds om 21 uur en je kan niks of niemand bereiken. Volgende morgen 10 uur pas telefonisch contact. Later nog flink beklag gedaan maar het interesseert ze weinig tot niks, geen excuses, kreeg het advies om maar een klacht aan Belvilla te sturen want ze doen er niks aan, ze kunnen niks, mogen niks en het boeit ze niet. Dat was erg jammer.

Komfort mit viel Ruhe

In dem gut konzipierten Haus mit einer hervorragend ausgestatteten Küche , haben wir so noch nicht erlebt, dem gemütlichen Wohnraum und ausreichenden Schlafräumen haben wir (vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) einen entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, Raum und Wasser waren herrlich warm. Die Glaswand, die Pool und Wohnraum trennt, vermittelt Gemeinsamkeit. Wifi funktioniert hervorragend. Ein Verbindungsproblem nach 10 Tagen wurde umgehend gelöst. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Sauberkeit der beiden Bäder. Die Armaturen bräuchten eine umfängliche Entkalkung und die Dichtungen der Duschen sind sehr schmutzig. Das könnte mit wenig Aufwand behoben werden. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Im Umkreis von 50 km, aber auch in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Orte mit diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Hadsund, Mariager, Randers,Oester Hurup, ...). Wanderungen entlang der Küste tragen sehr zur Entspannung bei.
