Delightful studio apartment in the historic center of Cagliari

In the heart of the lively historic center of Cagliari, in front of the marina, delightful loft, new and modern, completely autonomous.
Its position allows you to reach the sea or the airport or the railway station in a few minutes. Being in the pedestrian area of the city, you can also never use the car as everything can be reached on foot or by public transport.
The loft has wi-fi, has a sleeping area on the upper floor with a large double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, a large wardrobe space, a dressing table with mirror and a full length mirror. In the living room there is a sofa bed with a 120 cm French mattress, a 36-inch TV, which can also be connected to the sleeping area if desired and, since there is no kitchen, there is a Moka coffee maker available for guests, a kettle, an American coffee machine and a microwave as well as the fridge, of course.
The Marina district of Cagliari developed in the 14th century becoming an animated center for fishermen and traders. The alleys, the typical houses, the churches and the bell towers today have remained unchanged while the most genuine tourist attractions have developed. Restaurants, pubs, bistros, taverns, wine bars, very original shops make the Marina where our loft is located one of the liveliest and most seductive neighborhoods on the whole island.
In the neighborhood that is a pedestrian area, you can move on foot but you can reach any point of the city including the wonderful Poetto beach with an efficient and punctual bus service.
