With a beautiful panoramic view of Åstfjorden and the magnificent mountains from the 192 m² large terrace, you are all set for a wonderful holiday on the island of Hitra. The holiday house sits on a hilltop, 80 metres from the closest neighbour, and with two annexes. The double beds in the cottage and in the annex are 120 cm wide. The two single beds in the other annex can be combined into a double bed. The main cottage has a 48 inch TV with channels that covers most of Europe with Astra 1, including Skandinavia with Canal Digital. Fridge with 80 litre freezer and a separate freezer with 200 litres. Lights and heating in both annexes. This is a great starting point for excursions to most of Sør-Trøndelag. There is a small beach 400 metres away. In the harbour 1 km away, there is a 19 ft Kværnø with 80 hp 4-stroke motor and Garmin 7-inch GPS/sonar/chartplotter available for rent. You can also rent an 18 ft Rana boat with 20 hp Yamaha (2017 model) 4-stroke motor (9,9 hp that works as a 20 hp). Book the boat(s) at the same time as the cottage, as they are shared with unit 56762. Life jackets are included in the rent. There are other boats available, please contact the owner for details. Excellent fishing conditions all year round. There are lakes where you can catch trout nearby. Go hiking in the mountains behind the cottage.
