In the splendid setting of Alassio, the "ESEDRA" Holiday Home has brand new apartments equipped with the best living standards, to give our guests an unforgettable stay. Generous spaces and fine finishes are the characteristics that distinguish us. Air conditioning, wifi, low emission double glazed windows, external insulation, washer dryer, dishwasher, ironing set, 40 "LED TV. Private parking (not included).

This three-room apartment (60sqm) on the first floor consists of a large living area with balcony, double sofa bed, 40 "LED TV console, table for six people and a fully equipped kitchenette equipped with an induction hob, fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, a main bathroom with a 120x80 niche shower and a second bathroom with sink, toilet and washer / dryer. The master bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds.

Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, von der Schlüsselübergabe zu Rückfragen alles bestens. Die Wohnung war bestens gepflegt und die Lage ist gut. Verkehrslärm hört man eigentlich nicht nur wenn Leute nach einer Partynacht beim Döner Laden um die Ecke (war lecker dort) rumgröhlen hat man etwas bei leichten Schlaf gehört. Ich würde bei den Gastgebern jederzeit wieder buchen, hatte auch ein paar Tipps für Motorradtouren im Hinterland paratDanke und bis bald mal wieder

Unterkunft jederzeit zu empfehlen

Lorenzo hat uns persönlich empfangen, obwohl außerhalb der offiziellen Check in Zeit. Wohnung ist total zentral zum Strand und zur Stadt. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Bildern in der Anzeige, war super sauber und nach einer Woche gab es einen Wäschewechsel! Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank Lorenzo, wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Alassio!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben 10 Tage in Alassio verbracht und haben die Zeit in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Mooi verblijf en perfecte gastheer!

Het appartement was volledig als beschreven en op de foto’s. De gastheer was er wanneer nodig, steeds super vriendelijk en enthousiast. Het ligt centraal, vlakbij het strand, supermarkt en vele restaurantjes. We hebben genoten van mooie vakantie in Alassio

+ L'appartement est très bien équipé et propre. Lorenzo est très disponible et tout c'est très bien passé. - L'environnement est bruyant mais nous étions au centre d'Alassio et c'est aussi pour cette raison.

Space and livability are among the concepts that guided us, through the complete and radical restructuring of a pre-existing structure. The comfort of the rooms, the quality of the finishes and the attention to detail have been the common thread in the creation of some nice apartments with a modern and functional taste, equipped with the best living standards in the area of ​​hospitality.



The interventions of thermal and acoustic insulation, together with an efficient solar thermal system that provides the total need for domestic hot water, allowed a much higher internal comfort, together with a notable reduction in energy consumption.
This is why class A household appliances, LED lighting and air conditioning / heating systems with heat pumps have been chosen.

Casa Esedra is located in a central but quiet area; this allows our guests to comfortably walk to the beaches, the promenade and the "Budello", the true heart of the city. The train station is about 700 meters, moreover, for those arriving by car, the private parking is a real and indispensable comfort.
