19 person holiday home in Løgstør-By Traum

A large and well-situated holiday cottage with whirlpool and an activity room. The house is only 250 metres from a fjord with a sea view from the house. Combined living room and kitchen with underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove and comfortable furniture. The house has 2 heat pumps that reduces the energy consumption. TV with international channels. The large spa section of the house has a whirlpool for 4 people and access to the large sauna. In the activity room there is air-hockey, dart, pool table and table football. From one of the bedrooms there is a balcony with a magnificent view of the fjord. This room also has a mezzanine with 2 extra beds. One of the bedrooms is designed with the children in mind with a Norwegian style bed: 120 cm bed below and a single bed on top. For the youngest guests there are two cots and two high chairs, toys, games and a pushchair. There is a trampoline (use at your own risk). Enjoy your dinner on the terrace where there is an electric awning that protects against strong sun. There is a restaurant within walking distance and a grocer's nearby that is open during summer.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
