This attractive holiday home is set outside of Karlshamn, in stunning surroundings This is a wonderful place for a peaceful holiday. The house is located only 60 metres from the lake. There are a set of stairs that lead down to the bathing spot. Note that the water here is deep. Sauna included, boat for rent, 750 sek for a week. The huge 5000 m² plot is shared with house 65999 which can be rented together with this house. The holiday home was completely renovated in 2013 and is tastefully decorated. It features an open plan kitchen and living room, a conservatory, a bedroom with a large double bed, and a bathroom, on the bottom floor. The upper floor contains a second bathroom and two bedrooms. There's a lovely garden, and terrace, for activities, games and grilling. The house offers all sorts of comforts, there is a lovely fireplace in the living room, and a televison set with satellite channels. The kitchen is well equipped and the house includes a washing machine. The cost of electricity is only charged during the low season and not during the high season. Weeks 25-33 are counted as high season. During this period, electricity is included in the rent. You are able to rent a pedal boat on site to a cost from the home owner. There are grocery shops in Kyrkhult and Olofström. Don't miss the car museum when you are in Olofström! Or take a day trip to the north, to Småland, with all of it's wonderful attractions!
