Holiday home with a view over the large plot and down to the water, where you can see the ships sailing by. The space is well utilized, and the emphasis is on modern settings. There is underfloor heating with low energy consumption everywhere. The kitchen contains everything you could want to create a good dinner, and is open to the living room with a sofa corner and large panoramic windows. The large dining table forms the center of the room. One bedroom has a bunk bed with a 140 cm wide lower bunk and a 90 cm upper bunk. In the room with a double bed, the bed is also 140 cm wide. There are good terrace conditions almost all the way around the house. The large plot with the old fruit trees invites you to all kinds of outdoor activities or just to lie down and swing in the hammock. You can contact the local office if you wish to use the outdoor spa. There are also 2 SUP Paddleboards. Not rented to craftsman groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
