Welcome to your Home Away from Home at our beautiful Sundance Retreat. This stunning 3,000 square foot property is located perfectly just 2 miles north of Main Street Breckenridge to take advantage the endless activities here in Summit County. Sundance has 4 Guest suites plus a wonderful Recreation room which has a Bunk Room area. So we are best suited for 8 adults using the 4 suites and up to 6 kids using the Bunk/Media Room. Unlike many homes in the Breckenridge area, ours has a level driveway, a large, flat backyard, stair-less entry, and main level master suite.

BUILT FOR ENTERTAINING - We designed our custom home as the perfect setting for family gatherings. Our gorgeous fireplace and cozy hearth are highlights of our living room a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. Everyone can join in preparing the meals in our open kitchen or sharing them in either our dining room or our casual kitchen table. The upstairs recreation room is perfect place for the kids to gather or enjoy a movie together. And finally, what could be better than sunset on our spacious patio followed by a great BBQ.

GREAT FLOOR PLAN FOR FAMILY RETREAT – Our home is the perfect combination of private and common space. Sundance Retreat offers 4 Guest Suites with connecting baths and one with a sitting area and one with a balcony. Our common areas includes our sunny living room, recreation room, dining room and open kitchen, as well as the usable patio and BBQ area.

KITCHEN - The open style kitchen was designed so that everyone can lend a hand preparing the meal, while the kids can enjoy a board game on the kitchen table. Well equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal.

BACKYARD PATIO– Our patio is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, glass of wine in the evening or to BBQ your next meal in the mountains. Everyone will enjoy joining in a game of badminton in our backyard court.
NEW HOT TUB ON BACK PATIO

RECREATION ROOM- The kids will love spending time in the open upstairs recreation room enjoying one of the many games, toys or flat screen TV or using our Ping Pong table.

AMENITIES - Unlike many rental properties in Breckenridge, the drive to our home is easy and flat. Parking for 2 cars inside the garage and room for 3 more on our flat sunny driveway. For your convenience there is a nice size laundry room with full size washer/dryer.

10. Limitations on Public and Private Gatherings
a. Public and private gatherings, as defined by CDPHE Third Amended Public
Health Order 20-35 Safer at Home Dial (“CDPHE PHO 20-35”), when not otherwise regulated as a specific sector or activity in Section III of the CDPHE PHO 20-35 are limited to:
i. No more than 6 individuals indoors from no more than 2 households.
ii. No more than 10 individuals outdoors from no more than 2 households.
iii. No more than 10 individuals indoors and/or outdoors from no more than 2
households at short term lodging operations.
b. For purposes of this Order, “short-term lodging” shall include but is not limited to
campgrounds (whether private or government operated), reserved camping sites, hotels, motels, and short term lodging accommodation rentals of 30 days or less (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, timeshares, RV parks, bed and breakfasts, condo-tels, lodges and retreats).

11. Requirements for Short-Term Lodging Operations
a. Owners and/or entities responsible for the booking and renting of short-term
lodging units must validate and confirm the identity and group size of all renters upon arrival to ensure compliance with this Order.

Wonderful Spring Break!
The house was absolutely perfect!! Everything was stocked and cleaned. With two families, 6 boys, we found that space to be great for all of us! It took 6 minutes to get to the ski resort. Cute shopping and restaurants near by! Would definitely stay again.

Sheila and Roger's Sundance Retreat was the best property I've ever stayed in. We had a large group and all of our friends commented the same. I was SO impressed with Sheila's hospitality. She welcomed our group with a handwritten note and small gift. She was also gracious enough to call me on the day of our arrival to ensure that I had gotten notice of a large snowstorm hitting the area and encourged us to arrive in Breckenridge early to avoid it. She even allowed us early check in to accommodate for the storm!! The house was spacious, with plenty of room for eating, lounging and sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds and linens were all extremely comfortable. There were extra drink fridges and the hot tub was perfect after a long ski day (extra towels provided!). Access to Breckenridge Ski Resort was very easy via a free bus a short walk away from the neighborhood that ran every 1/2 hour or via the Gondola parking lots. The garage and parking provided plenty of space for our gear and vehicles. Snow removal was prompt and we'll tended. I hope some day we get the chance to come back!!!

My husband and I have loved living in Breckenridge for the past 24 years. It has been an incredible place to raise our children and we have enjoyed the wide variety of activities that this community has to offer in every season. I have been working for the Breckenridge Ski Resort as a Ski School Specialist for years and my husband Roger owns Rocky Mountain Snowbikes and Blue River Home Inspection. With all of our knowledge of mountain homes, design and decor we choose the perfect neighborhood and then built the quintessential Breckenridge home. And we are now very happy to open our house up to vacationers.

Why they chose this property

We lived in Breckenridge for many years before we built our gorgeous home in 2004. We love our quiet neighborhood and enjoy the easy and rare, flat lot that lends itself for wonderful backyard parties as well as easy and plentiful parking. The setting is amazing and we couldn't be happier, as we can enjoy the sunny, warm rooms in the winter, and in the summer we love spending time in our serene back yard. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a family reunion.

Our property is centrally located for Skiers, Mountain Bikers, Golfers and those just wanting to enjoy the beautiful views and peace of the Rockies. We are a walk away from the bike path leading to Breckenridge town center or Frisco Town Center. And best of all, you are within a 2 minute walk from our free, clean and safe Summit Stage Shuttle.
