The focal point of the house is the 18 m² large swimming pool with a hoist for wheelchair users. Heating of swimming through pool heat pump provides low consumption costs for the tenant. Spacious house suitable for 2 families because of its functional structure and distribution of rooms. The living room has direct access to the large terrace. The living room is bright with furniture from 2004 combined with a functional kitchen. 2 bathrooms, one with adjustable sink. From the one bathroom you have access to the sauna. You can exercise in the gym or relax with a good book in front of the crackling fire from the wood-burning stove. Free admittance to the Danland water park at Søndervig. No letting to youth groups. NOTE Water Park is closed from 22.10.2022 to 10.02.2023A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
