8 person holiday home in FINNÅS

Holiday cottage in a secluded location and with a view of the fjord. Great conditions for diving and close proximity to good fishing spots. The house was renovated in 2002, and parts of it renovated in 2017. There are single beds that you can put together in two of the bedrooms. One of the double beds is 120 cm wide. The other double bed can be split into single beds. There is a small, open balcony on 1st floor. The owner of the cottage lives 100 metres away as the closest neighbour. 16 km to Svortland, a town with many shops and facilities. Go mountain hiking with fantastic views. There is an aquapark in Røyksundet. There is a lake with trout and char 8 km from the house. 200 metres from the cottage there is a boat house and a dock for the boats, and you can sit here and cook over a bonfire pan. Store fishing equipment and clothes in the boat house. There is also a covered fish cleaning table here with running water and lights. Access to a smoker for fish. Boats for rent: a 21 ft Hellefiskeren boat with a closed cubicle and 22 hp inboard diesel motor, GPS/chartplotter/sonar and 4 rod holders. 21 ft Øien boat 620F with 50 hp Yamaha 4 stroke motor, Garmin 72c 7 inch GPS/chartplotter/sonar and 6 rod holders. Life jackets are included in the boat rental price. The owner has a bank terminal for creditcard payments for boats etc. The deposit can be paid in cash in EUR.
