Flat screen TV, large fridge-freezer. Shower and sanitary recent. Books, magazines, board games, tourist documentation.

Possible rental of sheets + bath mat + tea towels: 15 €.
Household products and small grocery store provided free of charge (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc.)
Other services on request: beds made on arrival, baby equipment loan (bed, seat) etc.

NEAR: Sète and Montpellier at 15-20 min, as well as the beach of Aresquiers and Frontignan, or Bouzigues and its oyster beds for tasting shellfish. Many water activities or walks in nature.
