We are offering the ground floor apartment of this beautiful house .
This beautiful Villa stands in its own grounds, Marble floors throughout, very spacious inside & out, mosquito nets on all windows & doors, emergence lighting, has 2 bathrooms ,very large kitchen,& spacious lounge ,both with doors leading to the back garden
walled all round, so very private, & quite,5mins walk takes you to local shops,
taxi & rickshaws are able to come right to the front of the house, so suitable for those with mobility difficulties ,with front & back garden for you to relax in.
