Located 2 km from the center of Montignac, the Mouney mill welcomes you for an exceptional holiday.
With its 300m2, its slate roof, its preserved traditional machinery, its private and secure outdoor swimming pool, its 4 hectares of surrounding greenery and its large terrace, this old walnut oil mill has rare assets that give it incredible charm .

The living room / dining room, with an area of 50m2, has a huge table that can accommodate 10/12 people, a wood stove (provided), and a reading / TV area (home cinema) / internet / games.
A Wii console is at your disposal as well as many board games.

The living room opens onto a separate and fully equipped kitchen, with fridge-freezer, gas cooker, electric oven and microwave ... Everything you need to cook local Perigord products!

After the show, go to the "engine room", where you will find all the parts used to make walnut oil! Enjoy the welcome freshness in summer weather in this space steeped in history.

Next, in the "technical" room, you will find a toilet and a shower room, as well as a laundry area with washing machine. You will also find a second fridge-freezer if necessary.

On the night side, 5 bedrooms are available on two floors.
On the first floor, the "bedroom with boat beds" measures 50 m2. It consists of 2 single beds of 110, and an adjoining private bathroom with bathtub.
Further on the landing, the "staircase bedroom" is equipped with a double bed of 140 with memory foam mattress.

A pleasant bathroom with bathtub, storage and view of the meadows is located after this bedroom.

At the end of the corridor, the "flower room" offers 2 single beds of 90 which can be separated or joined into a king size bed.

On the 2nd floor, the "schoolboy room" is equipped with a 140 bed, while the "dressing room" offers a 120 bed and a bed

Each bedroom has storage space for your belongings.
Note that you will receive WIFI in ALL rooms thanks to a PLC connected to the 2nd floor.

You can also take advantage of a wide range of baby equipment with a travel cot equipped with a thick mattress (0-3 years), a changing mat, a bathtub, a playpen, an inflatable swimming pool and 2 high chairs.

Sheets, towels and table linen will be provided.
A concierge service is also available during your stay.

Many prehistoric sites to visit will enrich your stay.
The village of Montignac, 2 km away, offers 2 markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays. A large supermarket is 3kms away.

In terms of leisure, in addition to the pétanque games that you can do in the courtyard, many hiking trails will offer you pleasant walks. you will also find a mini-golf and inflatable structures in Montignac, as well as a wide choice of descent of the Vézère in canoe, but also a cinema.
