In the enchanting setting of Santa Maria di Leuca, available fresh two-room apartment with veranda. The property, included in the structure with other completely independent solutions, is located in a strategic position to reach and visit all the wonders of the "White" Leuca: the Basilica de Finibus Terrae, the lighthouse and Punta Meliso are in the immediate vicinity, the seafront with its splendid villas can be reached with a pleasant 5-minute walk.
The two-room apartment of about 45 square meters consists of a double bedroom, a complete kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and has a 32 "Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, external washing machine.
The presence of animals, subject to authorization, requires a supplement of 100 euros for final cleaning.
We guarantee a parking space inside the property and the use of common areas for all guests (gazebo and bbq for fantastic barbecues with friends) in the back garden. Linen, utilities (water, electricity, gas, air conditioning) and final cleaning included in the price (the guest must still clean the services and the cooking area when leaving), tourist tax not included.
In August the stay is weekly.
