Amazing Rhodes Home!

We loved every minute of our stay. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. The pool and patio area are perfect. The sunrise view over the water is spectacular. We did rent a car to hit other beaches.

Stayed at the property in October 2026. Group was my wife, our two kids (1 & 3) and my parents and brother. Arrived and everything appeared relatively alright to start.We stayed the first night and began noticing that the basement showed signs of moisture presence. Walls had black splotches of mold along the walls and trim. Other signs of moisture included raised paint due to growth of mineral deposits, yellowing of paint on same walls, musty smell, etc. We contacted them about the mold. They sent a representative who assured us they could send a housekeeper to clean it or have it painted over. Not great.While we were away, a rain shower came and when we returned we saw a few puddles of water in the basement. Furthering our belief that there was some kind of leak. The host did send someone to clean the water and claimed they would fix the leak. Next evening a large rain occurred and the basement became entirely flooded with 3 inches of water across the floor in all rooms. We had to stay in a hotel for the night.Host sent someone saying they would clean it. But after 4 days the water remained in the basement, half of the rooms were completely unusable and we had to find an alternative stay. Contacted the host after and asked for a partial refund for the 4 days the basement was flooded and they did nothing. After our stay I found additional reviews of this place on other sites noting mold. I should have done more research. Just stay elsewhere for same or less

Maria Beachside Villa

The location of the villa is lovely. Almost feels like you have your own private beach. Would be great if it was a proper sandy beach though but this is nothing to do with the villa itself. The outdoor area is spacious and really gives the property the wow factor from the outside. The pool is great but can stay a little cold. We stayed end of October hence the colder temperature of the water. The infinity part of the pool is great. BBQ area is an added bonus. A big area to cook and prep food. I feel like the property can be taken to the next level with extra touches to the inside of the property. The beds are a little uncomfortable but they are not the biggest issue. The bedding we had would be great for the summer months but for October going into November it can be on the chilly side in the evenings. An option of a proper duvet would be good plus matching duvet sets would be even better. Maria, was very good with her communication and was very good prior to our arrival. Overall I would stay at the property again.
