Bungalow 'Zilverberk' is located on the park 'Duinoord' in Renesse on the Zeeland island of Schouwen-Duiveland and is located on a beautiful plot (1000 m2). De Zilverberk was completely renovated in 2016. Behind the bungalow is a forest with pheasants and deer.
More than half of our guests come back regularly. Our bungalow is located between the village of Renesse (five minutes walk) & the beach (five minutes walk). An ideal location for a relaxing sun, sea & beach holiday.
The space
The central space in the Zilverberk, attractively renovated in the winter of 2016, consists of a living area, a dining room and a modern kitchen, fully equipped. From this space, the guests look out from all four sides, which makes the Silver Birch so attractive. In addition, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 200 × 180 cm, and a bedroom with two twin beds of 90 × 200 cm. The beds have pillows, pillow cases and flannels. Guests bring their own bed sheets, duvet covers and towels. The heated bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. The bungalow has TV, oven-microwave and a dishwasher. The bungalow is centrally (floor) heated and fully furnished. Cars can be parked on site and dogs are welcome.
The neighbourhood
The bungalows at bungalow park Klein-Duinoord are next to each other and on a dead end road. The distance to the village is only 400 meters and to the beach and dunes 800 meters. There is a forest behind the bungalows.
The bungalows of Klein Duinoord are located in Renesse, the main seaside resort of the Zeeland island of Schouwen Duiveland. Renesse offers entertainment and relaxation for young and old. In the summer, all kinds of activities are organized, including for the little ones. In autumn, winter and spring it is quieter in Renesse. The village is fully geared to tourism, while at the same time retaining its own character.
Zierikzee is 15 kilometers away from Renesse. The town breathes the atmosphere of a rich past and it is well worth a visit. Numerous monuments decorate the city center of Zierikzee.
The history of Zeeland is linked to the fight against water. A visit to the Delta Works is therefore worthwhile. Visitors to the former work island of Neeltje Jans and the Watersnoodmuseum will be impressed by this impressive battle.
For those who want to strengthen the inner man, we recommend a visit to the very cozy café-restaurant Zeerust. Summer and winter, the beer is cold or the mulled wine warm and the daily specials are always flavored. Zeerust is a fifteen minute walk from the bungalows of Klein Duinoord.
The dinner buffet of hotel restaurant de Zeeuwse Stromen is also worthwhile. The hotel is characterized by a perfect atmosphere and friendly service. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Klein Duinoord.
The Grol riding school is located at the beginning of the village of Renesse. For young and old there is the possibility to ride a horse in the beautiful surroundings of Renesse.
And did you know that the island of Schouwen-Duiveland has an important national producer of delicious white wines? A visit to Wijnhoeve de Kleine Schorre is therefore more than worth it.
