Georgine Holiday House is a tastefully furnished one-story house with a pool, barbecue, and parking, 2km from the center of Pula.

Pula Airport is only 7.9km away from the house, and to the nearest beach, you also have about 2 kilometers. Within a few minute's walking distance, there is a bakery (150m), a shop (200m), and 3 different restaurants (200m - 300m). Just 200m from the house there is a children's playground.

The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and there are two bathrooms.

The kitchen has a dining table for 6 people, a stove with an oven, a coffee maker, and a fridge with a freezer. A dishwasher is provided.

The living room features air conditioning, a 50 Mbit WiFi connection, and a 4K TV with Netflix, HBO, and satellite.

The spacious 60m2 terrace will feature a large table with 10 seating areas, a lounge table with rattan chairs, a sink, and a mini-bar.

The house can also accommodate wheelchair persons, with a little elevation when going from the yard to the terrace. You can get a baby cot and high chair on request.

The owners will welcome you with 2 bottles of top-quality domestic wine from their production.

1 small pet can be considered on inquiry, for a fee of 15 EUR per night (cash on arrival).

These particular reviews highlight their reluctance to adhere to the communicated pet fee outlined in our house rules.

A lovely family holiday house

The holiday home was wonderful for a family of four. A perfect size house and pool. Short distance to Pula and other nice places nearby. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with during our stay.

"Von Erholung zu Baustellenlärm: Enttäuschender Urlaub im Ferienhaus"

Eins vorweg, das Ferienhaus und die netten Eigentümer hätten von uns eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung bekommen. Aber: Unser Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus, der die ersehnte Auszeit vom Alltag bieten sollte, entpuppte sich jedoch als enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das charmante Ferienhaus bot den perfekten Ausblick auf das epische Spektakel einer benachbarten Baustelle – ein Ereignis, das unsere Erholung auf ein neues Level hob. Frühmorgendliche Weckrufe durch das herzliche Hämmern und Bohren der Baumaschinen waren die perfekte Startmelodie für unsere Tage. Wer braucht schon Stille und Entspannung, wenn man auch im Takt des Presslufthammers frühstücken kann? Die Kommunikation des Vermieters und der Eigentümer, die wohl bemerkt auf demselben Grundstück wohnen, war ebenso beeindruckend wie die Baustellen-Symphonie. Ihre Entscheidung, uns nicht im Voraus über die geplante Baustelle zu informieren, unterstrich ihre Liebe zum Überraschungsmoment. Wer möchte schon im Vorfeld wissen, ob man sich auf Ruhe oder Krach freuen darf? Das Fehlen jeglicher Entschädigung oder ein Angebot für alternative Unterkünfte machte die Enttäuschung komplett. Insgesamt war unser Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus aufgrund der Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück alles andere als erholsam. Die Vorfreude wurde durch den ununterbrochenen Lärm und die mangelnde Transparenz seitens der Vermieter getrübt, und wir kehrten mit dem Gefühl zurück, unsere Auszeit nicht wirklich genossen zu haben.

schönes sauberes haus das sich leider auf dem selben grundstück mit dem haus des eigentümers befindet, schöner grosser pool u terasse wo mann 24/7 von einer kamera beobachtet wird was nicht wirklich zur urlaubsstimmung beiträgt.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Das große Dach bietet ausreichend Schatten, sodass man sich den ganzen Tag draußen aufhalten kann. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe auch zum etwas Schwimmen. Die Nachbarschaft war die Woche sehr ruhig, nur gelegentlich überfliegen Flugzeuge das Gebiet, was wir aber nicht störend fanden. Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes Haus und sehr nette Besitzer. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Fabulous stay

We had a fantastic 2 week stay at the villa. The location was perfect with 2 great local restaurants, a small shop and pharmacy a 5 minute walk. You could also walk to the centre of Pula city in 30 minutes which was great as parking was tricky in the city. The villa was lovely and the pool perfect - great size and temperature. We loved the outdoor dining area, BBQ and seating. The hosts met us and gave us a lovely platter of traditional Istrian food. If we had any questions, they were quick to respond and gave some great advice on local trips. Overall would highly recommend the villa and the hosts! Thank you!

Hervorragendes Haus

Grundsätzlich wird die Beschreibung noch übertroffen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. So etwas haben wir bisher nicht erlebt. Wenn man etwas kritisieren möchte, ist es die Einflugschneise des nahen Flughafens. Uns hat es aber nicht wirklich gestört. Wir hatten einen ruhigen, Relaxten Urlaub. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus zum weiterempfehlen

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und unser Hund war auch ziemlich begeistert. Er hatte viele Schattenplätze und auch Rasen, wo er sich wohlfühlen konnte. Mit dem Auto ist man in den ganzen Nachbarorten, Strände, Hundestrände in weniger als 20 Minuten. Wenn man sich Mal was anderes angucken möchte, sind die Strecken auch alle nicht sehr weit. Die beiden Gastgeber sind super nett und freundlich und wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter. Danke nochmal für alles :)
