General:
Located at 12 minutes from Faro airport, the sea, restaurants, the large Mar shopping center (6 min. also known as IKEA), on a hill surrounded by nature, quiet, with 1 large private shaded terrace, ocean view, ideal for 4 people, fully equipped, this house will delight nature and calm lovers. On the about 1 hectare plot (±3 acres), are built 2 houses, the owners ‘one and the house for rent. Both houses, surrounded by the vegetation, are about 25 meters apart.
There is a private access with a dedicated gate. There is a shaded parking nearby the house, on the same level, making it easy for people who have difficulties to walk.
In addition to the 180cm fence that borders the entire grounds, a small fence 100cm high delimits about 200m2 in front of the house. Convenient to delimit a wandering perimeter restricted to pets.
A pétanque court with balls is available free of charge. If you don't know how to play, we can teach you and even play with you.

Heated pool :
The pool is covered with a rolling shelter for safety for children, to stabilize the temperature as well as to avoid leaves and needles from trees.
A heat pump keeps the pool between 30°C and 33°C
As shown in the last photo (Google earth simulation), the pool is built between our own house (at the top of the photo) and the small house for rent (at the bottom of the photo).
Holidaymakers enjoy the pool to themselves as we refrain from using it when they use it.

The house consists of:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 1 large bed of 150cm
- 2 bathrooms (2 showers)
- 1 air-conditioned main living room, with a fully equipped American kitchen

Supplies and accessories:
- The doors and windows are double-glazed tilt-and-turn with mosquito nets and blackout curtains.
- Dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee makers (3 including Nespresso)
- Free 80-100Mb/s WiFi, TV-SAT (Portuguese and Spanish channels, French TNT + free foreign channels), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, combined fridge-freezer.
- Sheets, towels, beach towels are provided
- Supply of baby equipment available on request (see photo to have an idea).

Minimum stay is 7 nights (45 nights between October and March)
