This wonderful and private detached 350 sqm villa stands on a 3500 sqm plot with exotic palm trees and well maintained lawn. The house is in the second line from the sea, situated in the beautiful Cala Blanca neighbourhood and has amenities and restaurants close by. The Cala Blanca Beach is only 200 meters away. There is a 13/7m swimming pool surrounded by trees, offering full privacy, as the rest of the house.

There villa has 2 levels and plenty of outdoor terraces.

There are 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and they have access to their own private terrace. There is a 4th room that can be turned into a bedroom or office space depending of what would suit you best. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens with all the cookware that you could need, including a dishwasher. Here you will find a generous open-space living-dining room, exiting to a large terrace with barbecue and an outdoor dining area with a lovely garden view.

Cala Blanca is a luxurious and quiet neighbourhood, as it is made out of private villas with swimming pools and charming gardens. We hope you will have the time of your life here in Javea.

Why they chose this property

This is our parent's villa and it was way too big for the two of them, so we decided to let other people enjoy it and benefit from its charming garden and total privacy. This is our secound year of renting it because of the good feedback that we took and the encouragement of our guests to continue renting this property. It's such an intimate place and it has so many advantages, that i can guarantee you'll have an amazing holiday here!
