Villa Aleyna - 3 bedroom with private pool and gardens.

Villa Aleyna is a private 3 bedroom villa set in a peaceful corner plot in the Gulpinar neighbourhood of Dalyan, a 10-minute walk to the town centre.

Downstairs there is a large open plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge has comfortable seating, satellite TV, Internet access and air conditioning. Doors open out onto the shady terrace overlooking the beautiful garden and pool.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with all you need for your stay. There is a dining area for 6 people. There is also a ground floor WC and a double bedroom.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The two bedrooms share a large luxury twin sink bathroom.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

One baby highchair and cribs are provided at the villa.

There is a stone BBQ in the garden at the side of the villa and a gazebo lounge with cushions.

It needs to be mentioned that this villa has four bedrooms, but one of them is locked being villa owners' bedroom so the villa is rented as a 3 bedroom villa.

We can arrange car/bike/mobility scooter hire, as well as trips, transfers from the airport and a welcome pack of food for your arrival.

Overall very good, just a few things could do with improvement eg towels need replacing as do sunbeds as a few where broken,quite a few light bulbs not working and on arrival late at night there wasn't any toilet rolls in the property.

Villa Aleyna Dalyan family stay

Large villa , well equipped modern kitchen , spacious lounge ,dining area, comfy beds Great outside space large furnished veranda with with swing seat leading to a good sized pool Covered area and bbq Only small issues being general upkeep ,eg blown light bulbs , socket in bedroom loose from the wall, light fitting loose from the ceiling, bathroom mirror lights and bathroom fans not working . Towels need updating would only take a couple of hours to fix Taxis and delivery drivers found difficulty fining villa perhaps better signage would help Location is around 15 mins stroll into dalyan quiet neighbourhood cockerels and dogs excluded Small shop and spa 5 mins walk away As a family of 5 adults we enjoyed our stay ,plenty of room for us all in the villa Property manager helpful and easily contactable Good neighbours We would return to this l lovely villa

Beautiful villa in fantastic location

The whole Villa experience was excellent. The Villa had everything required and more. Excellent communication from the property rental manager and very helpful when we required help with anything. The setting of the Villa, pool and veranda were beautiful.Cannot fault it and we can't wait to return to the Villa again in the future.

Stay in Aleyna

The whole villa was excellent. The kitchen was kitted out to a very high standard. Everything you needed in a kitchen was available. Space in the villa was great for all of us. However, one downside was that the towels could do with being replaced. They have seen better days. Overall, I would definitely recommend this villa.
