011015-LT-0757 Finely restored apartment in a period building in the center. Public transport under the house, the train station 3 minutes on foot, as well as the pedestrian area. The promenade and the boarding point for ferries are a 10-minute walk away. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and shops of all kinds. Every morning, in the center, there is a fish and food market where you can buy fresh products.
Paid parking on the street (€ 1.5 per hour from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm Mon-Fri) like the entire historic center. At ten minutes you can park all day for free. Park Pay station at 200 meters.
Tourist tax to be paid on site at € 2.5 pp per day (maximum 5 days) for guests over 12 years of age.

5 minute walk to the station..bonus!!
Perfect location to access the train station which takes you to Cinque Terra. Apartment was clean, bed was comfy but the pillows need a major upgrade, they are flat, shapeless. The only major drawback is the extremely loud neighbours, both above the apartment and next door.

Séjour agréable dans un cadre fabuleux
Appartement propre et joliment décoré proche centre ville et gare. Il serait souhaitable d'indiquer dans l'annonce les frais de taxe de séjour imposés par la municipalité de La Spézia. Attention il est très compliqué de stationner dans la ville, le stationnement dans la rue est autorisé mais payant 1,50 €/l'heure, sinon parking gratuit à 15 minutes à pieds (1,7 km). Séréna parle le français et réponds rapidement aux questions via l'application. Appartement recommandé.

Merci Armelle pour la revue. Je suis content que le séjour soit agréable. Seul un éclaircissement: l'indication du type de parking et le coût relatif a toujours été indiqué dans la description générale de l'appartement. La seule différence est que le parking le plus éloigné, d'abord au prix de 3 € par jour, est maintenant gratuit. La difficulté de stationnement, malheureusement, est typique de l'ensemble du centre historique de la ville. Merci . Serena
