The villa is within walking distance to local taverns, shops, restaurants and local beaches & a 7 minute drive into Coral Bay village. The modern interior comprises an open plan sitting, dining & kitchen, designer finishes throughout. air conditioning Furnished to a high standard with dining table & chairs, leather sofas, 55 inch Smart TV, DVD & Sat with 24hr movies. tow bathrooms and master bedroom where you lie in bed and watch the sea! The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances. off road parking completes the villa. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
