Living room with double sofa bed, fireplace (non-passing room)
Kitchen with fireplace, dining area, oven and dishwasher
Entrance with independent internal staircase
Large covered veranda (60 sqm) on the ground floor furnished with tables and chairs and with a corner with sofas. It is heated with a cast iron wood stove.
Large outdoor area equipped with a gazebo and table at the disposal of the apartment.
Possibility to use the common areas including the lounge with pool table, fireplace and stereo with CD, which is connected to the square of the stables with two outdoor bathrooms.
Use of swimming pool from May to October
