About this property

House immersed in the pine forest

House surrounded by Mediterranean scrub with wonderful sea views. Thanks to its position it is always ventilated. The house in question is the annex of the main house but totally independent. It has a nice covered terrace.
House divided on 2 floors with 2 double bedrooms (it is possible to convert the beds into 2 singles) and 2 bathrooms with shower, open kitchen on the hall and covered equipped terrace.
Parking space is available; a means of transport is absolutely necessary to reach the house and to move around the island.

The owners may be present with their Tiffany dog in the adjacent main house.


Being outside the village, the house is not reached by the aqueduct but is equipped with a cistern which is filled with water by the trucks that transport it. Consequently, the courtesy is requested to have a certain care in using the water and not to waste it.

The house was built in 1985 by my parents who literally fell in love with this island back in 1975. We have been spending our summer holidays here for more than 30 years, with some interruptions (but that can be counted on the fingers of a hand) but then we return inevitably here, the sea is very beautiful and has not yet been invaded by tourism that fills all of Sardinia, it has a naive taste that makes it special even if in recent years it has had a discreet tourist development but remain still easy.

Why they chose this property

The house we rent is the depandance of the main house that we usually leave to the guests / friends who come to visit us so we decided to offer it for rent to those who want to get to know this beautiful island.

What makes this property unique

It is a typical house with a few more comforts. It is a typical holiday house by the sea, the elevated position in the pine forest makes it cooler and more ventilated than here.
