About this property

Family-friendly private beach area in the heart of Delaware's Quiet Beaches

This beautifully updated townhouse has the Atlantic Ocean just steps away. The first floor has a tv room with a pullout couch and a half bath. The 2nd floor has a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets with all the dishware and pots and pans you will need.There is also a large family room with TV and a 2nd half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a beautiful ocean view from the living room windows. On the 3rd floor, there is bedroom 1 with a king size bed; and bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. A full bathroom with tub and shower is also on this floor. On the 4th floor, there is a magnificent master bedroom and full bath. There is also a mini fridge and coffee maker so that you can enjoy the sunrise from your 4th floor deck. There is also a deck on the ground floor that includes an outside shower. There are 4 beach chairs.
This is a perfect place for fun in the sun and plenty of relaxation. There is a top rated restaurant just 1 block from your location. Delaware Seashore Park is 1 mile up the road with restaurant facing the beach.
And within a 15 minute drive you can be in the larger beach towns that offer all the tourist attractions you can imagine.

Relaxing beach spot

It’s literally steps away from the beach making family beach days a breeze! And there is beautiful ocean views from the fourth floor balcony off the master bedroom . We’ve stayed in this neighborhood quite a few times for family beach trips but this is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed . The host was communicative and easy to work with . Thanks for a nice stay!

Great Family Beach Visit

The property was the perfect amount of space for our family group, and we loved the proximity to the beach since we had little kids and grandparents with us. The location was peaceful and a quick drive to nearby activities. The owners were helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Beach Stay June 2024

Location of this property is so great- amazing proximity to the beach, lovely beach experience as it is private and not too crowded. Easy access to Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth. Comfortable kitchen and common area. Was also great for a family with a baby in need of quiet nap/sleep time in the master. The room is 2 stories above the common area. Would absolutely recommend a stay here.

Great Beach Stay

Our beach stay was excellent. While the weather didn’t cooperate as much as we had hoped, Joanne’s home offered ample space to enjoy ourselves. Proximity to the beach for morning walks and afternoon activities was great. Home was nicely equipped with what we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Just Perfect!

This is a our second year at this property and we'll be coming back for a third. Fantastic location almost on the beach, clean and thoughtfully appointed from kitchen amenities to beach toys. Plus the owners are very kind and easy to communicate with.

Great location and helpful property owner

We spent a week in June 2021 at this place and it was great. Had a slight issue early on that the property owner immediately responded to and resolved quickly. The walk to the beach was perfect for my young kids and we had a blast. We will absolutely be coming back in the future.

The best part about our stay was only being steps away from the private beach. It was never crowded, so we could easily keep an eye out for our 6 kids. There was plenty of space for our crew and the top- floor master was a nice getaway. We’d stay again.

The townhouse is even nicer than pictures convey...newly updated, very clean, comfortable beds...so very close to the beach...convenient to Bethany, Rehoboth, outlets me your very own restaurant walking distance. We had six people in the unit and it worked well. Loved the outdoor shower.

Beautiful Property in Bethany

My family just returned from an excellent vacation in Bethany Beach . The property was perfect for our family. The accommodations were just as described. It is well maintained and nicely decorated. It's just a few steps away from the private family- oriented beach. We really enjoyed the food at Matt's Fish Camp, which is within walking distance as well. I would definitely return!

Great location!

We had a great stay. We arrived a little early but the place was ready and clean (which is very important to my wife). It's just steps to the beach entrance, which is great when on the beach to go back for anything you might have forgotten or to just get out of the sun for a little. It was perfect for our family of 3, but plenty of room for a larger group. I was happy to see that there was a larger table in the kitchen and seating on the upstairs deck then what is shown in the pictures. We love Tower Shores community (have stayed in different spots over the 5 years, except for a year because of Covid) which always seems to have a good mix of families with kids for our 7 yo to make vacation friends with. Thanks for a great stay!

Ideal Location and Spotlessly Clean!

The property is one townhouse back from the beach and just a few steps to the sand. It's private beach and not crowded. The dolphins came by to visit daily. North Bethany is an easy drive to Rehoboth or Ocean City if you want more activities to choose from. The townhouse was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The living room is well-furnished for everyone to sit together. It's a trade off with kitchen table space with only 4 chairs. Beds were ok but not excellent. There's a nice view of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony. It would be nice to have more chairs on that balcony. The owner is easy to work with and takes pride in maintaining a lovely home.

We were very excited when another townhouse became available in the same community. So we just bought it and now want to share our favorite beach spot with others.

What makes this property unique

This townhouse has been used by owners only and is beautiful. The ocean views will make you want to stay forever. This community is a quiet neighborhood, but has a highly rated restaurant just 1 block away. You can have all the peace and quiet you want or you can drive a short distance an enjoy the multitude of activities and fine dining in Rehoboth Beach.
