New and modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, near the beach, with views, big balcony, garage and storage room. Residential area, only 100 m from the beach (windsurfing area). Internet (Wifi). Facing south-west, independent entrance, 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with twin-bed 150x190 cm, dresser, large closet and desk, one bedroom with bunk bed, closet. Living room with sofabed, table and chairs for five person and TV flat screen 43”, one bathroom, well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). Fully furnished and well equipped with many extras (Internet Wifi, satellite TV, DVD, mp3 mini-stereo, etc. ), one balcony (21 m2) with chillout corner, table and chairs, deck chairs with lateral view to the sea, Mount Roja and Mount Teide, one terrace with room and washing mashine. It includes a garage parking and a storage room of 15 m2 for windsurf material, beach rolly, internal access to the apartment through an elevator. Especially recommended for families with children offering equipment (cot, highchair, bath, etc. ) and security systems.

Lovely place

We really loved our stay at this apartement. The location was perfect for as our son was training at the windsurfcenter nearby. Great balcony with cosy corners to sit. Very complete kitchen with all equipment you need. Rudi, the owner was very kind and helpfull. We would LOVE to come back here!

Appartement très agréable ,bien situé,bien aménagé,belle terrasse,vue un peu gâchée par la proximité d’un terrain constructible à l’abandon. Nous pouvons prévoir d’y retourner avec plaisir.

Perfect place for a small family and close to kite spot

The apartment was fantastic for me, my wife and our 1,5 year old daughter. It had all the needed facilities, spacious balcony and well equipped kitchen with dish washer. On top of it, there were tons of toys for our little one to play with. And another set of toys were in the garage for the outdoor plays. The spot for the car was spacious too which is not always the case. I’m very thankful for the hospitality of our hosts as they had bought some small gifts awaiting for our daughter. We will definitely return if this place will be available for our next trip to El Medano.
