Lovely modern 1st floor apartment opposite Paignton beach, seafront and the pier. Fantastic location for a great holiday or a few days away. Great for children with lots to do.
With a large bedroom, kitchen/diner/ lounge and full bathroom with over bath shower.
Smart Tv, free WiFi, and secure parking.
Use of the communal heated Pool in the warmer months.(June until end of Sept )
Sleeps a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) or family of 4 with an infant.
Double bed, bunk beds and put up bed for a smaller child.
Perfect location for all the attractions The English Riviera has to offer.The train and bus station are both a 5 minute walk away. Opposite Paignton Pier and the beach.
