Find yourself atop the wheel of fortune with a stay at beachfront Villa Moana and enjoy exclusive in-villa services, while enjoying full privacy, both indoors and outdoors at the same time. Anchored right on the beach of the north coastline of Rethymno, Villa Moana boasts stunning ocean views from each of the spacious, inviting outdoor living areas. The beach is at your doorstep and you can also easily access several restaurants, tavernas and all kinds of shops.

Ground Floor

Covering 500m2, the two-storey Villa Moana can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in its 6 bedrooms and 14 people in total if needed. Clean lines, neutral tones and hits of pattern make the interiors of Villa Moana luxe and contemporary yet inviting. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find the bright, modern living room that features a 55 HDTV and can seat everyone on its comfortable sofas and armchairs, while the traditional architecture with Venetian arches and stone walls, as well as carefully chosen wooden pieces of furniture add an elegant touch to it. Through large glass doors you have access to the pool terrace. The open plan area also features a dining area with a wooden table and a fully equipped kitchen with top quality fixtures and appliances and an island counter, which offers direct access to the BBQ facilities. The ground level hosts two of the Villas bedrooms, them being the Master bedroom, which boasts a large round bed, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, an in-room jacuzzi bathtub, a 45 HDTV and access to a veranda with a siting area, as well as another a king size bedroom with a reclining bed (the bed can also be used as 2 single beds), a 32 HDTV, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and access to a veranda equipped with patio furniture. An additional bathroom with a shower cabin is available on the ground floor.

First Floor

Reaching to the first floor through a staircase or the elevator, guests can find an additional siting area, a kitchenette, as well as the washing machine and dryer. The remaining four bedrooms of the Villa are also located on this level. Three of the bedrooms feature king size beds, while the fourth has a king size bed which can also be used as 2 single beds if required. All bedrooms are equipped with 32 HDTVs and en-suite bathrooms with shower cabins and they all offer direct access to the veranda, where the hot tub is, offering amazing sea views. Two of the double bedrooms also offer access at the rear part of the Villa and have balconies with siting areas.
Other facilities of Villa Moana include:

-Smart Home Applications which allow you to manage the lighting, music, home cinema, motorised window shades, air conditioning, alarm system and even the pool waterfalls through your mobile phone.

-Elevator facilitating moving through the villa comfortably.

Villa Moana also appeals to the inner kid hidden inside everyone, and of course to actual kids as well! The Villa offers several leisure time facilities for kids of all ages, including:

- Playroom with home cinema featuring dolby surround system, a 65" HDTV with Netflix, PlayStation5, Bluetooth speaker, board games, and free Wi-Fi.

- Pool table.

- 4 Bikes are at the disposal of our guests (2 for adults and 2 for children).

-Playground for our young guests in the lawn covered garden at the rear part of the vila

-Ping pong table

-Baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.



Outdoor area

The 400 m2 outdoor area of Villa Moana is beautifully landscaped, surrounded by lawn covered areas, flowers and plants, featuring a variety of amenities which include:

- Numerous furnished spots for relaxation and sunbathing (sun beds, umbrellas, outdoor living room, gazebo, bean bag sofas, tables and chairs, outdoor shower).

- 50 m2 private swimming pool (1,40 deep) with hydro massage waterfalls. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for entire stay, upon request (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).

- Childrens pool, 50cm deep.

- Outdoor hot tub for 5 people on the first floor veranda.

- Shaded outdoor dining areas.

- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities with a sink on the ground floor with direct access to the kitchen.

- The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance, offering 100% privacy to our guests.

- Beautiful sea views from all outdoor areas, both on the ground and first floor.

- Sandy beach right in front of the Villa with private sun beds, umbrellas and gazebo for our guests.

- Free, public parking space next to the Villa.

To make things even better, a large lawn covered garden is also available at the rear part of the Villa, offering an additional shaded area, equipped with extra lounge and dining spots and another beautiful double day bed. The room features a flat screen TV, A/C, a kitchenette, and a gas BBQ.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
