A canal-front townhome in Sunset Island and featuring bay views from all 4 decks (townhouse is 3 units from the bay). The 3 decks at the front of the townhome overlook the canal as well as provide breathtaking sunset views of the bay. The deck off the 4th floor suite offers another view of the bay.

Sunset Island is a private, gated 37-acre island community located off 67th Street in Ocean City, MD, just 2 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. At Sunset Island you can enjoy a year round clubhouse with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, state of the art fitness center, interactive water fountain, shoreline walking path, private beaches, fishing and crabbing pier, boat slips, island marketplace, and the Island Times café and grill.

Building Registration Fee: $200 gets you 6 facility passes and 3 parking passes. Additional facility passes are available for $70 per pass per week.

Wonderful property in a fantastic location

Our family was so happy with our stay here!! We had a wonderful vacation in Sunset Island and truly enjoyed the house. The townhouse was spacious for our group of 6 (4 adults and two toddlers), with plenty of room in the bedrooms, at mealtimes and for relaxing. We loved the covered deck off the 2nd floor and when we weren't at the fun beaches or the amazing pool, someone from our group was usually out there taking in the gorgeous view. Sunset Island is such a special, secluded place in Ocean City - a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle just a few blocks away. The owner was very easy to communicate with, check in/check out was a breeze and the house was well stocked with all of the necessary items and lots of beach toys, chairs, etc. We truly hope we make it back sometime!!!

Perfect family vacation spot!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of common space for big dinners and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Stephanie was extremely easy to communicate with if I had any questions. 10/10! The whole family had the best time and the house was very clean.

Amazing sunsets over looking the bay!

Brought 12 memebers of my family and I can honestly say there was plenty of room! Stephanie, the owner of this property, was so incredibly helpfull. If I needed answers to question she got back to me right away. The incredible view of the sunsets were amazing. Every night we sat on the front porch and took in the view! The interior of the unit was gorgeous and spacious. Also love the fact that my mom and dad had access to the bay on the days that the ocean was a bit to much. Would definitely stay here again, thank you Stephanie for sharing you place with me and my family!

This is a wonderful property!

This property was amazing. It was very clean, had plenty of bedroom options, and a lot of beach toys like kayaks and paddle boards available for our use! It was a bonus having two smaller and more private beach areas right next door. We often went to the main beach and pool in the morning and to these smaller beach areas in the afternoon. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time. Already looking forward to next year!

Gorgeous rental with spectacular views and amenities!

Although we've been to Ocean City, MD many, many times, this was our first time at Sunset Island. The community is beautiful and very well-maintained. We had two families stay at this unit and we had plenty of room for our young boys to play, while there was still enough room to get away for some quiet time on one of the FOUR balconies, which was a great feature of this place. The sunset views were amazing, and the kitchen and two living areas on the same floor made it easy for us to prep meals, while keeping an eye on the kids. Also, the kids were able to play video games or watch a movie in one area, while the adults could watch something different, or hang out in the other living area. The kids loved going between the indoor pool, outdoor pool and the bay beach area, which are all in the same location, just a five minute walk from this unit. Having three options for swimming and playing prevented them from being bored. They could have spent all day there! It was really nice to be able to order lunch and/or drinks right in the pool area, too. The unit was fully stocked with many extra amenities like beautiful dishes, cookware, beach chairs/toys and even a kayak! Overall, we had a great experience here and the owner was very responsive and accommodating to make sure we had a wonderful vacation.

Amazing location, even better when you look inside!Q

We recently visited Sunset Island, Ocean City and was thrilled with the location, it's amenities and the overall unit itself. The layout was terrific for two families. Even better though was the quality of the woodworking, furniture and decor. This place was designed with great care and we were thrilled to spend the week there. Great for the beach, pool, or trips down to the boardwalk, this was a great place to stay while in Ocean City. Groceries right around the corner and everyone delivers if needed.
