Semi-detached villa of 160 M2, in a small condominium with tennis court and very nice swimming pool, sea view 1 min from Llane petit beach. on two levels: ground floor 3 bedrooms 160 beds, 180 bed (or 2 90 cm mattresses), these two bedrooms overlook a garden / terrace of 80 m2, 2 bunk beds children up to 11 years only in a small blind room. Upstairs a beautiful living room on a 25 m2 terrace with a separate kitchen.
