House located in the village of Llança in the Fane De Dalt district. Completely renovated by Belgian decorator Bedecor Waterloo. 2 bedroom box spring beds 2x 80 cm or 160 cm. Sofa bed in the living room 140cm. Front terrace facing the sea. Rear garden terrace. Air conditioning, wifi, satellite TV with French channels. American kitchen oven, microwave, vitro, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Washing machine in the private garage. Very nice bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet. Parking space in front of private garage, easy parking in the street too.

Maison confortable bien située face à la mer.Nous étions hors saison donc très calme.C'est un bon point de départ pour découvrir la région ou juste profiter du bord de mer.Très bonne communication avec les hôtes qui ont été très arrangeants.

Wunderschönes kleines Haus mit tollem Blick auf‘s Meer
Das Haus ist sehr schön im Berg von Llanca gelegen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen spektakulären Ausblick auf‘s Meer. Die Inneneinrichtung ist funktionell und sehr geschmackvoll. Die offene Küche bietet alles was man braucht und am Esstisch kann man wunderbar die Mahlzeiten einnehmen und dabei auf‘s Meer schauen. Es gibt zwei recht kleine Schlafzimmer, die aber völlig ausreichend sind. Das kleine Bad ist sehr hübsch und ausreichend für den täglichen Bedarf. Es gibt eine separate Toilette. Llanca ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Ausflüge. Es gibt einer tollen Küstenwanderweg den wir wärmstens empfehlen können. Wir haben mit unseren Mountainbikes tolle Touren gemacht und was sehr praktisch ist, dass es eine Garage gibt wo man Fahrräder etc. unterstellen kann.
Die Umgebung von Llanca ist für uns einer der schönsten Küstenabschnitte von der Costa Brava. Schroffe Felsen schöne Buchten und das blaue Meer. Auch viele Städte sind in guter Reichweite. In Figueres sollte man auf jeden Fall das Dalí Museum besuchen. Girona ist auch eine schöne Stadt. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten eine schönen Urlaub. Wir erden sicher nochmals kommen
