Charming Family House in a Unique Location
Our house is located in a quiet and green residential neighborhood of Upper Mokotow, 10 minutes from Chopin International airport, 5 minutes from Warsaw's largest business district and its famous shopping mall Galeria Mokotow. It takes 15 minutes by bike or tram to get to the city center.
The house was renovated and expanded in 2011 to serve as home for our family of 5. It has three floors and a large basement. It is bright and spacious with lot of light coming through large windows. It consists of 4 bedrooms and a living room combined with a kitchen overlooking a terrace and garden. There is laundry and storage room in the basement. The furniture is Scandinavian and the equipment top quality German. Remote operated window shutters are installed on the ground floor. There is parking place on the property behind the closed automatic gate and also on the sidewalk in front of the house.
MINIMAL RENTAL PERIOD 6 MONTHS.
WE WILL REQUIRE SIGNING A RENTAL AGREEMENT.
