The property is very nicely suited to 2 -4 people traveling who need a base for exploring Capri. The owner & property manager make things work very smoothly.

Just what we needed.

We deliberately chose the off season to visit Capri for the peace and quiet relaxation. Casa del Mare was perfect. The view was wonderful, and the place has everything we needed to relax a few days. This place is a gem.

Quiet locals place

We really enjoyed our stay. Aldo the property manager met us close to the port and walked with us to the property. He was a wealth of information and a delightful man. The apartment was clean and had great views of Capri and the hills above. It was clean and plenty big enough for four people. We also liked it because it was close to a more secluded beach but not too far from Marina Grande (maybe 10 minutes walking). Great place.

Very clean and well stocked. 15 minute walk to Grand Marina. 5 minute walk to small beach. Very spacious and beautiful view of sunset on the sea.

Clean, comfortable, cute

This spacious house can comfortable accommodate 4 persons. Very clean with cute decoration. Location of this villa is perfect with breathtaking view from the terrace. All equipment in the house work properly. Plumbing is without any issues (not like our friend’s rented property). Communication with owner’s representative was very smooth. He met us at our arrival and was very helpful during our stay. We had very relaxing and enjoying time. Thank you very much for our memorable vacation. (Important to notice: this location is not for people with mobility and physical impairments.)
