Naples grows on you.

Upon entering the property you can see every effort is made to make the guest feel at home. Many of its features are broken, unfortunately. The hotplates didn't always work in the morning. The downstairs air con wasn't working. The stairs are a challenge. And there should be a caution sign where you're about to hit your head (and I'm relatively short). The bed was comfortably, the hot water was abundant, the shared washing machine was appreciated. The building is on the busiest small street in the world with a pizza.place straight under the window. The noise continues til 2am and can start back up as early as 7am. I had a massive issue with the internet switching off at 7pm, not coming back on until 6am. While I asked for this to be changed, my request was ignored.

Non ero mai stata a Napoli ho passato 3 giorni fantastici ci tornero' sicuramente e tornero' a soggiornare da Claudia sono stata veramente fortunata a trovare un hoss come lei disponibile la casa pulitissima e nel cuore di Napoli un quartiere particolare ma non ho avuto nessun problema a girar nemmeno la notte vicino alla metro ma girarla a piedi e' il top

très chouette quartier

tout était magnifique. je dois quand même dire que l'appartement possède un grande fenetre qui donne sur un balcon, c'est très chouette mais c'est plus ou moins la seule fenêtre et le problème c'est qu'en bas, dehors, le soir, c'est impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte à cause du bruit de motos et voitures mais surtout, et cela pendant la journée aussi, la pollution : ouvrir la fenêtre et c'est comme un gros tuyau de gaz d'échappement dans l'appartement.

La Sig.na Claudia è stata gentile a guidarmi fino all'abitazione

Però devo informare a chi si vuole bere un caffe in tranquillità di portarsi una moca a induzione perché a noi è stato detto che si era rotta la macchina per l'espresso il giorno prima quando si capiva che era rotta da tanto tempo anche perché non hanno neanche le tazze da caffe e tra vari discorsi sulla moca da caffe detto da lei " tramite un suo vocale registrato " l'avrebbe portata la mattina dopo purtroppo non è stato cosi, comunque caffe a parte è stato tutto bello

Séjour formidable.

Séjour exceptionnel Appartement magnifique et très propre, en plein cœur de Naples, une disposition parfaite pour visiter le vieux Naples. De plus, il se trouve dans la rue de la meilleure pizzeria et de la meilleure pâtisserie. Les propriétaires sont formidables et très accueillants, carmine parle français et fait tout le nécessaire pour qu'on passe un excellent séjour. Je le recommande fortement si vous aimez vivre comme les napolitains

Casa D'Amore è un piccola bomboniera nel cuore della Napoli più vera, l'appartamento è piccolino, molto pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. In splendida posizione ci ha permesso di visitare la città in totale autonomia, a due passi da Via Duomo, Via Toledo, Museo Archeologico etc... Da non sottovalutare la vicinanza a pasticceria Poppella e alla miglior pizza fritta di Napoli di Isabella Decham. Pienamente soddisfatti!!!

Sehr schön renovierte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in belebter Gegend

Die Wohnung entspricht den eingestellten Bildern. Sie liegt an einer sehr belebten Strasse mit kleinen Bäckerein, Metzgereien, Geschäften, Cafés, Pizzerien, etc., wo man alles bekommt, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Claudia war perfekt, die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte wie abgesprochen. Die Stationen Museo und Piazza Cavour sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann die Stadt auch ganz ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erkunden. Die Wohnung wurde von einer größeren Wohnung abgetrennt, der Durchgang wurde lediglich mit einer Trockenbauplatte verschlossen, so dass man von der Nachbarwohnung alles mitbekommt. Daher ein Punkt Abzug. Wenn hier eine Dämmung vorgenommen wird, ist die Wohnung perfekt!

Nice property, busy location.

Overall myself and my girlfriend had a good stay at Carmine's flat. It's right in the Centre of the city, which is very busy, so have your wits about you as soon as you step out of the courtyard. The bed was comfortable, shower and facilities were good (not sure where they got 2 bed, 2 bath from as there is only 1 bathroom). Air-con which does cool the flat down nicely. Kitchen with most of the facilities you need. Good communication from Carmine when needed and responded very quickly. You get a lovely espresso when you arrive!!!! Very nice!!! A few things to be warned about: The address on the website did not correspond to the actual address of the flat, it's about a 20 minute walk away, which was a bit problematic when pre-ordering direct taxi's for drop-off and pick-up to the airport. There is a wall that is just a sheet of plasterboard through to another flat and you can hear everything in-between the 2 flats. Even though the website says Carmine speaks English, the app on her phone does, not her. The internet seemed to turn off at around 10pm for the night, but not much of an issue. Apart from that we had a lovely stay and would recommend it to others.
