LAKE VIEW APARTMENT + TERRACE AND SWIMMING POOL
LAKE VIEW TERRACE new apartment in Lake Garda residence. Beautiful shared swimming pool. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen/living area, terrace. FREE PARKING + SWIMMING POOL. The apartment is equipped with 4G wi-fi.
This apartment is located in an elegant and quiet new residence of only 20 units. The assigned parking spot is inside the fenced property of the residence just above the apartment. a few steps take us to the entrance of the apartment which is all on one level. There is a short fence that separates the whole area around the apartment from the rest of the residence.
We enter the apartment in the living area that has a new fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, etc.) and couch with the TV. A 4 panel glass door takes us to the livable terrace that has a view of the lake... a great space to enjoy during the nice season!
A door takes us to the night area with an ample room with a double bed (160x190cm) and a single bed (80x190cm). The second room has a double bed (160x190cm). Both bedrooms have glass doors that give directly on the outside.
Guests have access to a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by olive trees.
Guest have EXCLUSIVE access to the whole apartment and the ample private terrace. Use of the swimming pool is shared with the other units of the residence. 1 free assigned parking inside fenced area.
We expect all our guests at arrival to show them the apartment and leave the keys. We are available during the stay to assist guests if needed. PLEASE REMEMBER TO LET US KNOW YOUR ARRIVAL TIME IN ADVANCE.

The apartment is located right above the town center of toscolano-maderno (5 minutes drive), one of the most beautiful villages on the Lake Garda where there are many shops, bars and restaurants in the village, and a long and beautiful beach... everything you need for a lovely stay by the Lake Garda!
COMING BY CAR NECESSARY: 1.5km from the center of Toscolano-Maderno (5 minutes by car). From the town it is possible to take the ferry to other towns along the lake. nearest train station: Desenzano.
