Studio in the countryside just minutes from Bologna

The studio is equipped with double bed with memory 160/200 mattress, private bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen corner (refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils for cooking), washing machine and iron, air-conditioned, with underfloor heating, WI-FI free, satellite TV, kettle and moka coffee machine, railings and mosquito nets on the windows. Possibility of adding a baby cot free of charge up to 3 years (specify in the request). We do not provide meals. Outside, in the area reserved for the studio, gazebo, bench, deck chairs, sun umbrella, barbecue and solar shower. Free and reserved parking next to the studio. The Studio rate does NOT include any meal. The rate includes taxes including the tourist tax.

Pleasant property with every amenity

All you could wish for a short break. Convenient location with room to sit out and relax in a country setting but close enough to Bologna to reach easily. Friendly and very helpful host.
