villa anthousa with excellent view
Near the house there are wonderful taverns, coffee shops, mini market,bakery, pharmacy, wonderful walks for walking in the trees, a lovely old small church. and many more to discover. There is an amazing path from home to the valtos beach, walking through the trees by the river. Along the way you find a watermill and excellent landscapes. The route is 20 minutes. but there are other hiking trails, such as the path to the Ali Pasha Castle, and a long way to the Old Pole that is at the top of the mountain. There is a wonderful view waiting for you. Τhe house is in a quiet spot and you can reach many beautiful beaches in close proximity by car. If you want an intense nightlife is near the town of parga.

I am a graphic designer , I am a lover of nature, art, and paragliding. love hiking and cooking. love traveling around the word with my family. please notice the house is a single loft space. In the attic the host use it and his presence will be discreet.
Why they chose this property
the house is in excellent position with superb mountain and sea views. It is quiet and is at the beginning of the path to the sea, hiking by the river and in the trees. Access to the sea is 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot.
