We lost hot water for two days and still yet to see our Marriott points be credited as an accommodation

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the hot water issue during your stay. Unfortunately, this is a Marriott-managed matter, including any Marriott Bonvoy points accommodations, and we are hopeful you were able to get in contact with Marriott and address this directly with the resort team. As the rental agency, we specifically assist with the reservation accommodations only, but we truly regret that this impacted your experience. If there was anything we could have done on our end to help make your stay a 5-star experience, please let us know, as that is always our goal for every guest.

Harborside

Great spot to stay within Atlantis. Affordable, quite convenient, lovely people and great service. Rooms were everything you needed with a nice little balcony. On site pool is great - big, quiet, adjacent hot tub, will be even better when the restaurant next door re-opens. If we return to Atlantis, which has become much busier and is currently quite understaffed, we would come back to Harborside for sure.

A wonderful start to the New Year!

Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 children for a week-long stay. It was nice to be able to retreat to our quiet space away from the Atlantis crowds. Loved preparing our own meals. Grocery store within walking distance and a few quick items available at the front desk/sundry store. Frequent shuttle service to all towers of the Atlantis but we also enjoyed the walk. The staff were very helpful in providing additional information and ideas for activities outside of the resort. There was free internet in the lobby of all Atlantis towers. We were able to watch the New Year’s fireworks show from our private balcony with the little ones, a nice treat!

Needs some fixing up

We were so excited to find this place - good location away from so much craziness at the Atlantis. But when we got there the condo seemed to have lots of maintenance issues. Outlets and light fixtures were hanging out of the walls with exposed wires. The carpet was damp from either a flood or cleaning. Then when we ran the shower it flooded the entire kitchen and part of the carpet in the bedroom due to a plumbing issue behind the walls. Once all those issues were resolved (within 3 days) it was perfect. So it may have been just that particular condo and just a fluke but definitely made for an “interesting” start to the vacation.

Hi Amanda, Thank you for the review. We are so sorry that the first three days of your stay were resolving issues. You did the right thing by informing the resort, as these issues would be their responsibility and are to be dealt with by them. If the resort sent you a survey, that is a great place to voice your concerns also. I hope you and your family enjoyed the remainder of your vacation in such a beautiful location!

Lots of amenities, conveniences but it will cost you

Overall the stay was good, the staff at the Harborside were accommodating and friendly. The Atlantis staff seemed less enthused, New Year's Eve was packed, the surprise artist for the concert was disappointing, and there were hardly any chairs available at any pool or beach. I had a particularly rude employee at the beach Bryan who was supposedly a manager. I think for the price we paid the wifi shoud have been included and our room was only cleaned once during our stay. We had a visitor one night in the form of a large bug in the bathroom. There was something for everyone as far as things to do and it is nice to walk to the bigger amenities and not have to fight for space at the Harborside. We liked the Dilly Bar, Carmines alot. I think the staff seemed a little stretched and some of their energy is split between day pass guests and those staying on property.

We’re sorry to learn about the challenges you experienced, including crowded areas, service concerns, and the unexpected visitor in your room. We hope that you were able to address these issues with the resort management directly. Your input is invaluable, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future!

So much fun!

Love Harborside. It’s a great place to stay and not be right in the crowd but an easy walk or shuttle ride to the action. We had a great time!

First time at Atlantis

Atlantis is fun for adults and kids... beach with clean clear Caribbean blue water, pools, water slides, tube rides, huge natural aquariums everywhere and simply gorgeous buildings and landscape. Our stay at Harborside Resort Atlantis was excellent. Clean, quiet, comfortable condos, large pool, frequent shuttle bus service into the resort. We were a family of 6 and rented a two adjoining rooms. Each was fully equipped, comfortable and roomy.
