House with garden, terrace, children's playground located in the heights of the small town of arudy (64260) located at the foot of the pyrenees. With open and direct view on the valley of ossau and the pic du midi

Cartier very quiet and close to all shops.
House with parental floor consisting of a large bedroom with double bed, bathroom (washbasins, shower, corner bath.) And sports corner (bodybuilding and bike).
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with mezzanine bed 2 places.
+2 bedrooms with mezzanine beds 1 place.
Bathroom with shower.
Sallon -Dining room and kitchen.
Garden: with table and plancha.
Front of house: Veranda + Terrace with garden suite and
Barbecue
As well as a play area for children (swing
and trampoling).
All shops within walking distance.
Beautiful riverside and many walks around the house.
Municipal swimming pool 5 minutes walk.
Near mountain (about 15 minutes).
Spanish border of Pourtalet to 45mn.
Beach at 1:30 (Capbreton. Hossegor).
