This maisonette apartment enters onto a spacious hallway and the living area is on your left. With beautiful parquet floors throughout the room, this room has French doors out on to a balcony beyond. On the right-hand side is a dining table with chairs; on the left, the living space. This comprises a sofa, several armchairs, a striped rug and an ornate fireplace, with mirror above. There is a television, as well as lamps and a coffee table.

BALCONY
With wonderful views of the Sacre Coeur, this balcony provides everything you could want! A perfect spot to drink in the view.

MASTER BEDROOM
This spacious bedroom has a beautiful ceiling rose and cornicing surrounding the room. The room comprises a king-sized bed, with a bookcase, chest of drawers and access to a small balcony, through French doors.

BATHROOM
This marble-tiled bathroom has a large bath with handheld shower, a WC and basin.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, microwave and toaster.

Up a small flight of steps, to another bathroom, with a bath with overhead shower, WC and basin.

SECOND BEDROOM
This bedroom comprises a double bed, with a lovely little fireplace, a bookcase and a desk. There are high ceilings on this floor, with exposed white beams, giving character to the property.

A further shower room, with basin and a walk-in shower.

No smoking, pets or parties! Please note, there a several flights of stairs to the entrance, as this is on the 6th floor with no lift. The staircase can be slippery underfoot.
