19 Saladar is a two bedroom apartment overlooking Calpe’s Arenal beach with fabulous sea views. It is situated close to the marina and within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. With just a five minute stroll to the beach it is ideally placed.

The apartment has been tastefully furnished by it’s owners and is like a home from home with Satellite TV and WiFi , There is a good sized main living area including dining for four people. The patio doors open onto a large, spacious balcony with further dining facilities where you can relax and enjoy the sea views.
kitchen is well equipped and includes cooker, fridge freezer, gas hob, kettle and toaster. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, the bathroom was also refurbished in 2011.

There is a thirty metre communal pool with a small children’s splash pool, sun loungers and a poolside shower but Calpe’s beautiful beaches are also only a short stroll from the apartment. The apartment benefits from secure parking.

There is private parking, and access is via 2 lifts & stairs, not suitable for wheel chair access

The apartment enjoys views from the balcony of the Mediterranean and to the rear the "Salinas" the salt lake which has a large flock of Flamingos and is now a natural park area ...........
