The interior also comes with a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. To the outside there is plenty of off-road parking as well as a shared lawn and a patio with a bench. Brook Haven is a welcoming property placed superbly for exploring the countryside of Bodmin Moor and the superb attractions on the south coast.

Bodmin Moor, an AONB, is great for walking, cycling and admiring scenery, the Tamar Valley AONB is also easy to reach. For a wider range of amenities, head to Liskeard, also boasting its own museum. Looe is 10 miles south.
