First line beach apartment with fantastic sea view.
- Newly renovated 70 m2 apartment plus 10 m2 balcony
- Spacious living room with open kitchen
- Dining table for 6 persons
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, glass-ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine- 40" flat screen .
- Master bedroom with double bed (150 x 190cm), spacious wardrobe and exit to the balcony
- Second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe
- An additional sofa bed for 2 people in the living living room
- Baby cot/chair is available in the apartment
- Fully equipped bathroom with hair dryer
- Air conditioning for both cooling and heating in living room, master bedroom and the second room
- Wi-fi wireless Internet access

From 15 of June to 19 of October the reservations only accepted weekly from Saturday to Saturday, minimum 7 nights.

Arrivals after midnight will have an additional charge of 50€

Our host was excellent, responded efficiently and promptly when requested but otherwise left us alone to enjoy our holiday. Location with direct access to the promenade was fantastic. We did not think that the kitchen was particularly well equipped, nor was the furniture very comfortable. More suitable for a couple of weeks stay than the longer time that we were there for.

Our host Cher was excellent from check in to check out. She met us at the place and showed us all the things we needed to know. The place was very clean and well stocked from a kitchen perspective. The location could not be better for a quiet residence that is in a perfect setting for access to beach, restaurants, walkway, parks and grocery store. We had a rental vehicle but really did not need it given the proximity and excellent local transportation. A very nice stay with an excellent host - we will be back.

O apartamento está de acordo com as fotos e com uma localização fantástica. Tem estacionamento privativo no interior e seguro. De um lado acesso directo a avenida principal com bares e restaurante e do outro lado do condomínio acesso directo ao passeio marítimo e praia. Fantástico para famílias e muito seguro !
