Apartment "Pepe Rosa" (2 guests, 40 square meters): comfortable and cozy apartment, completely renovated, located on the first floor in front of the apartment "Salvia e Rosmarino". It has a nice kitchen with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The decor is simple and functional with lovely views from every window. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child under the age of 5. The published price refers to the occupation by two people. For a third guest who uses the sofa bed, extra sheets / towels € 15.00.
In the large common garden table, chairs and barbecue available to guests.
Washing machine, oven, freezer, clothesline, immersion blender, mocha, hair dryer, air conditioning system with convector in the living area, air heating in the living area, free Wi-Fi, iron (on request)
