Very nice apartment in perfect situation.

We had there a nice time in the cosy apartment. You find there everything you need for a comfortable hollidays. View to the canals with the pretty boats, closed to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The owner and the agency friendly and helpfull.

Une valeur sûre grâce à l'emplacement privilégié

Habituée des lieux, j'apprécie à chaque fois l'emplacement à proximité de tout, et au calme. La grande terrasse permet de prendre des repas avec une jolie vue. L'appartement n'est pas en reste, bien équipé et au goût du jour. Je n'ai pas fini d'explorer la région, elle a tant à offrir! Je reviendrai.

Great location

Great little apartment for 2 people. Super location with a large balcony overlooking the water. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach too. The only thing missing was a kettle but overall a lovely little place to stay.

Fab holiday in Empuriabrava.

Perfect apartment in a great location. Everything was as described , with everything we needed for our four week stay. Check in was great , Thierry met us as arranged, and explained everything we needed to know. The apartment is lovely, with all the amenities we needed for our holiday. There is a lovely terrace to relax and enjoy the sunshine, and a great view of the canal. Empuriabrava is a great place for a holiday, and the fine beach is just a 10 minute walk away. Laurent (our host) was really helpful, and left us a bottle of bubbly as a welcome gift on arrival. He also kept in contact with us to ensure everything was ok during our stay. I would highly recommend Empuriabrava and this apartment for a perfect holiday.

die fewo hat alles was man braucht.tolle lage mit blick auf die boote und das meer..fast alles mit fernbedinung(KLIMAANL: LÜFTER. JALOUSIEN. wlan war einwandfrei.schlafen konnte man hervorvorragend.die abwicklung der formalitäten mit der agentur war vorzüglich.auch herr laurent Thurin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit gewesen.kleines manko:küche etwas zu klein. fewo kann ich nur empfehlen.lg karin und jürgen

Au top! Sejour tres agreable. A refaire

La location est fonctionnelle, propre, pratique avec un emplacement au top. Restos, supermarché, plage, tout a 5min a pieds sans soucis et pourtant nos enfants sont petits. Le cap de creus a faire imperativement, magnifique, vous ne serez pas decu. Le proprietaire est a l'ecoute, sympathique, comprehensif et donne des bonnes adresses. La clim dans la chambre suffit a rafraichit tout l'appart, le couchage est de bonne qualité. Petit conseil quand vous allez a la plage, fermez bien le parasol et rentrez bien vos vetements car le vent peut vous les emporter. Pour un sejour agreable, a quelques minutes de la frontiere francaise, nous recommandons vivement cette location. Nous reviendrons surement. Au top!

Location idéale : appartement propre, confortable (literie au top!) et bien équipé dans un endroit calme avec plage et magasins à proximité. Propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses vacanciers. Gestionnaire très sympa et joignable à tout moment. Nous reviendront sans hésitation!

The appartment is very clean and nice to stay here for a short or even longer holiday in Empuriabrava. The palce is well known for me as I came here when I was a child with my pareents. Now I am 57 years old. I was the first time in this appartment and not the last time. The appartment is very nice and clean and you have all the facilities you are looking for. On walking distance to the beach, center aso.

J'ai adoré ce sejour dans cet appart au top

Tout s'est tres bien passé dès le depart : accueil de Cathy ponctuelle et tres gentille. De nombreux conseils donnés par le propriétaire, très à l'écoute. Appartement très bien, décoré avec goût, au calme, avec une terrasse magnifique, quelle vue. Enfin une location avec une literie au top. Dépaysement total à 30 min de la France, les restaurants conseillés sont excellents et c'est moins cher qu'en France. Bref on reviendra l'année prochaine.

Diese Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Hafen und das Meer. Die Einrichtung war gemütlich, modern, sauber und Vollständig ausgestattet. Die gesammte Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter der Agentur u.a. war sehr angenehm und problemlos. Wir haben alles so angetroffen wie es beschrieben wurde.

Idéalement situé ( proche des commerces et des restaurants ). C’est un appartement très propre et très fonctionnel ! Très bon matelas que ce soit le clic clac ou le grand lit. Un propriétaire disponible et à l’écoute . Je recommande vivement cette location !!!!!!

Une salle de bain rénovée pour un séjour toujours aussi agréable comme l'année dernière

Des travaux de rénovation ont permis de mettre au goût du jour la salle de bain qui datait un peu. La chambre a également suivi un lifting et dispose maintenant d'une climatisation réversible. L'emplacement est vraiment l'atout de cet appartement. Tout se fait à pied. JE reviendrai, c'est sûr.

L'appartement est très agréable, très propre, très calme et très bien situé à proximité de tout. La vue est vraiment comme sur l'annonce, vraiment très relaxante. Belle terrasse bien orientée. Côté confort, rien à dire les matelas qui sont tous neufs et très confortables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la région. Nous reviendrons rapidement, et certainement dans cet appartement pour lequel nous avons eu un coup de coeur. Parking gratuit facile à proximité immédiate..

Emplacement idéal, grande terrasse et équipement complet.

Malgré un séjour un peu court, nous avons pu apprécier le fait de pouvoir tout faire à pied et oublier la voiture. Au calme, propre et bien équipé, l'appartement nous a séduit avec sa grande terrasse bien agréable pour prendre le soleil. Joli vue sur le port et la mer. Nous avons hâte de revenir pour mieux découvrir tout ce que cette région propose.
